Tools

We began by creating a memorable brand name and identity. The multilingual website difficulty in Framer was met with dynamic translations for English and German audiences.

With the help of Framer's CMS, we created distinctive service pages with volume and cost calculators, a user-friendly blog, and an easier-to-navigate careers area. All touchpoints, including tangible branding such as business cards and car decals, were kept consistent with the brand.

We created a smooth, user-aligned website for ElevateHub by carefully organising everything and making use of Framer's features.

Visual Identity

We chose a colour scheme of dark blue, grey, and white to symbolise purity, trust, and balance. This choice reflects the company's commitment to providing dependable, uncomplicated service.

To enhance the brand's modern identity, we chose the Switzer font because of its legibility and contemporary attitude.

Framework

By adopting Agile methodology, Bim can be developed iteratively, ensuring the app meets the needs of users and trainers, ultimately leading to a successful fitness training platform.

Key Features of DLS

DLS sets the standard for creating beautiful, user-friendly digital products. It keeps our design team and developers in sync, using the same building blocks to build consistent and efficient interfaces. The design philosophy is based on these core principles:

  1. Design Tokens are the visual styles of the design system framework — specifically, they are named entities that store visual design attributes. We use them in place of hard-coded values (such as hex values for colour or pixel values for spacing) in order to maintain a scalable and consistent visual system for UI development.

  2. Components are reusable building blocks of our design system (such as a button). Each component meets a specific interaction or UI need, and has been specifically created to work together to create patterns and intuitive user experiences. A component library is a collection

of UI components within a

design system.

  3. Patterns are reusable combinations of components that solve common user problems (such as a navigation bar with a logo, links, and CTA button). These best practice solutions help users achieve their goals and ensure consistency across experiences. A pattern library is a collection of UI patterns within a design system.

The Process

  1. Define the Problem

    • Launch a white-label iGaming platform using pre-designed templates/themes

    • Ensure the platform offers the desired functionalities as specified by the client

    • Design the platform to resonate with Southeast Asian cultural preferences

    • Create a seamless and user-friendly experience for the target audience

  2. Conduct Research

    • Conduct interviews and surveys on Southeast Asian market and iGaming users

    • Research and list the major iGaming platforms operating in Southeast Asia.

    • Consider factors like market share, brand, style, layout and target audience overlap

    • Look for platforms catering to specific Southeast Asian countries (IND, VN, TH).

  3. Ideate & Conceptualise

    • Selection of a pre-designed template that aligns with the client's brand/target market

    • Customisation of the chosen template with the client's branding elements

    • Integration of game content and localisation of text, graphics, and currencies

    • A fully functional white-label iGaming platform ready for launch

  4. Prototype & Development

    • Design a user-friendly interface according to knowledge gathered from previous processes

    • Schedule a meeting to discuss the project and gather input

    • Provide the client with a selection of pre-designed templates and themes tailored to SEA

    • Collaborate with the client to finalise the platform functionalities and branding approach

  5. Testing & Evaluation

    • Develop a low-fidelity prototype to test functionalities

    • Evaluate the design and usability of competitor platforms

    • Highlight the unique selling points and develop a marketing strategy

  6. Iteration & Refinement

    • Regularly monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve

    • Adapt your strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge in the Southeast Asian iGaming market

Team Collaboration

As a UI/UX designer, I thrive in collaborative environments. My process often involves close interaction with both developers and product managers.

  1. Understanding the Business Need:

    • Product Managers: Product managers are my partners in translating business goals into actionable design solutions. They provide valuable insights into market trends, user needs, and business objectives. Through discussions with them, I gain a clear understanding of the product's purpose and target audience.

  1. Turning Requirements into User-Centered Designs:

    • Transforming Requirements: The requirements I receive from product managers are the foundation for my design process. However, I don't simply translate them into visuals. I carefully analyse these requirements, considering user needs, usability best practices, and technical feasibility. This ensures my designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and meet user expectations.

  2. Collaboration is Key:

    • Working with Developers: Effective communication with developers is crucial. I present my designs, explain the rationale behind them, and discuss technical limitations or potential challenges. This collaborative approach ensures the product is both user-friendly and technically sound, while meeting the deadline for early adopters.

  3. This collaborative approach allows me to:

    • Deliver high-quality UI/UX experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

    • Anticipate technical challenges and ensure successful implementation.

    • Foster a culture of communication and teamwork within the product development team.
