Hey there! My name is Lulu. I’m a Designer with 8+ years of experience, I foster a collaborative and positive environment where my whole team thrives. Currently, I'm focused on crafting and designing MVP and MLP for Fortress, a casino gaming white-label platform. My work spans iOS, Android, and web platforms. Leading a team of four to five UI/UX designers, I also take on the role of a trainer for essential tools like Figma and Jira. I collaborate closely with lead developers to optimize UI/UX and create intuitive micro-interactions that enhance user satisfaction.

My biggest design achievement is that one of my apps, Bim, garnered international recognition (over 19 countries) with multiple App Store features in the same year that it was launched.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams (engineers & designers) across Asia & Europe, optimizing user engagement & customer satisfaction through design analysis.
